We loved the tranquil facilities, the BBQ grill and outdoor kitchen. The private beach and swimming pool were fantastic. The staff in the restaurant and bar were always pleasant.
Felt well taken care of, no reason to complain.

The location is super, next to several beautiful beaches. The cottages are spacious and give you a lot of privacy as they are located on a large territory full of trees, bushes and flowers. Each cottage have a large terrace, most of them overlooking sea and mountains of the coast. There is everything you need in a cottage for a relaxed holiday. Renting a car is very recommended though, as supermarkets are not within walking distance.
We were more than satisfied with our stay at Baja Salinedda and will most likely be back. Although there was one annoying issue. Every afternoon we had lots of tiny flies on the ceiling of the bathroom, which would all die and drop to the floor at the end of the afternoon. They were harmless, but just annoying and required every day bathroom floor cleaning. We have not reported that to the residence staff and don't know if other people had the same issue. Perhaps, it was seasonal.

The staff, owner and restaurant were very accommodating. As my three year old son and I were arriving from the ferry early in the morning, we were given an early check-in. This was really nice to have our bungolow place to settle down after our already long journey. Unfortunately I got sick on the last night and the day of our departure it rained quite a bit and the owner again gave us the room for the entire afternoon as our ferry did not embarque until 9 pm. They were great!

The charming decor of the hotel's common areas and the attention to detail in the decoration truly made me feel at home. The cozy ambiance and comfortable seating areas provided a perfect space for relaxation. As a senior woman, I also appreciated how accessible the hotel was, with smooth pathways and handrails throughout, making it easy for me to navigate.
I would have loved to see more evening entertainment options for senior guests, such as live music or social activities.

The view from our terrace: overlooking the sea. Spectacular. Beach is easy to access, and when we stayed not crowded, just pleasant. Quiet surrounding. Staff is friendly, relaxed and flexible. We also liked the restaurant: they only have a limited selection of meals, but those are good and worse the money (with the exception of the dessert). Unfortunately they don't even serve a light breakfast. Good internet access.
The bungalows are very basic: although the bathroom is spacious the shower is very small with only a very thin water jet and the bed is formed by two lits which were not fixed. Kitchen was not well equipped: we even missed a pot to cook some noodles ...

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, fantastic views, outdoor barbecue, beautiful private beach, lots of great other beaches around, even by Sardinian standards (i.e., the best in Europe).
Not very central except for beaches (but nothing is in Sardinia), slightly dated villas.

Excellent location very close to the beach ( 4 minute walk) and many other wonderful beaches nearby. The best manager, friendly staff in the reception and the bar. The cottages are spacious have large terraces, sea view. Quick wi-fi internet in restaraunt area, enough to watch tv at least. Especially recommend for the families with children.

We stayed at this beautiful beachfront hotel for 5 days and had a wonderful time. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating to our large group. The food was delicious, and the beach was private with breathtaking views. It was easy to get to from the airport, and the location was paradise!
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Paolo and his team were great and very friendly, Paolo speaks English very well. The beach was good and the water was beautiful, you only had to walk 400 metres! The sight we had was stunning!! We had our own umbrella and chairs; no extra charge for that! There was a 'salvataggio' on the beach and you could rent different boats to explore the coast. The swimmingpool was ok (you have to pay for the jet stream) there were some beds and umbrella's. You can buy your own fresh bread in the morning. You can also have lunch and you can eat out if you want to (you can't choose á la carte, they have a 'choice of the day'), everynicht there's entertainment. You can also cook yourself or use the BBQ in your own garden. In this time of year it is very quiet on the premises, which is nice if you like a quiet environment. It is easy to drive to the other beaches nearby, such as 'La Cinta', L'isulleda and Brandichini, or vistit towns like San Teodoro or Olbia.
The beach could have been more clean and white, there were many sort of soft woodchips, which it makes it look not so white. The pictures you see, seem to be from the start of the park. After that, time stood still we think (but maybe it's just our cottage...?). The residence itself could use some maintenance, it was clean, but it's just that the kitchendoors were not closing properly, there were holes in the mosquito net, and some things needed some oil or paint. The fibergrass in the garden we had, was a bit poor. In the park there seemed to be a gym with a shower (so the sign said) but when we looked, it was just the remainings of a gym... We thought it was a shame, because this place really has potential to be a great 'A' location, because the surrounding is very, very beautiful! But for the price we paid it was ok (we found out when we visited some other places afterwards).
